5. Working principle
The can enters the conveyor belt and moves forward with the chain plate. When the can is detected by the photoelectric sensor, the can stop cylinder moves to limit the can, and then the can support cylinder moves to lift the can. The servo motor moves to drive the screw to fill the material into the can. During the unloading process, the vibration generated by the air makes the material easy to deposit. After the filling and measurement are completed, the servo motor stops and the cylinder resets, completing one measurement and packaging.
